By purchasing a Perth Fencing Centre product or service you are agreeing to our full terms and conditions of sale including our Warranty & Returns policies.
Please review our policies prior to purchasing an item. While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional. Manufacturing site can vary from time to time due to manufacturing production schedules and therefore the specifications may vary from time to time. Colour may also vary from time to time. Text and images on this website are copyright to PerthFencingCentre.com.au or their respective copyright holders. No part, text and/or images can be reproduced without prior written consent from PerthFencingCentre.com.au.
We won’t dispatch product to you until full payment of the purchase price, including relevant delivery fees, have been received.
Refund & Returns Policy
Please ensure you understand these terms fully before purchasing.
We only accept return of goods must be unused in original condition and in the original packaging; must inform us within seven days of purchase. Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping cost. Products received with damage from shipping. Do not constitute a return for refund. However shipping insurance is available prior to shipment.
No change of mind refunds or returns on accessories, customer ordered items or sale items.
Delivery fees are not refundable under any circumstances for online sales.
Manufacturer’s Warranty or Guarantee
Many of our products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of an acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, overload, incorrect assembly, improper and irregular maintenance, or accident or collision. Warranty do not covered items which may need replacement due to normal wear and tear.
In the event of a fault of a part or product, the customer is responsible for transport costs of any defective item back to the retailer. We will then have our warranty team examine and test the fault and replace or repair (at our discretion) any item deemed to be faulty. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs of returning any faulty item back to us, and we then cover the return postage costs back to the buyer. If the item cannot be repaired or exchanged, any refund provided will be excluding postage costs.

While we work hard to ensure that product prices and availability are correct on the website, mistakes can happen. All products are subject to availability. All prices appearing on our website are subject to change without prior notice. All orders are subject to acceptance by PerthFencingCentre.com.au.
At the moment we accept direct bank transfer and cash on delivery only. Please contact with Perth Fencing Centre for details. If you want to use your credit card or Paypal, 3% of surcharge is applied.
